Reserve Study Webinar/Seminar
Join us for this webinar to gain a thorough understanding of the following questions:
– What are Reserve Studies?
– What are the updating options?
– How to decide if you are adequately funded?
As budget season is rapidly approaching, Associations are in the process of updating their Reserve Studies to include the results in their 2017 budgets. This webinar will focus on not only what a Reserve Study is, but also what the options are for updating them as well as what it means to be adequately funded. You will learn how to request a proposal for a study so all of the bids are the same.
This webinar is being presented by Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS. Frumkin headed the development of the National Reserve Study Standards of the Community Associations Institute as well as the development of the Reserve Specialist designation. He is currently heading up the national task force which is updating these standards. During this seminar, Frumkin will present what the changes will be.
This webinar will also be presented as a seminar held at our office in North Brunswick. The seminar is open for managers.
