how to read blueprints is a critical skill if you are invovled with the replacement or upgrade of your communities common elements

If you are involved with the replacement and update of common elements of your community, the ability to read and understand blueprints is critical. This knowledge is needed not only when the plans are used for bidding projects but also during construction when the work is taking place. In this webinar you will learn how to read and understand what is and what is not included with the blueprints.

About the Speakers

Kipcon’s founder Mitchell H. Frumkin, PE, RS recently cochaired CAI’s recent Public Policy Task Force dealing with Building Maintenance and Structural Integrity and is currently speaking at a number of national programs on the topic of Building Safety.

He previously Chaired the Task Force which developed the National Reserve Study Standards of the Community Association Institute (CAI) as well as the Task Force which developed the Best Practices paper on Transition.

 

Seth Frumkin, RS graduated with a B.S. in Engineering at Lehigh University. His specialties include energy efficient upgrades and design, energy deregulation, network marketing and direct selling.
