DESCRIPTION:This program will discuss the process for having the pavement in your community evaluated and repaired or replaced based on their condition in the most cost effective and efficient way with the least amount of disruption to the residents of your community. Ms. Wrubel recently earned the position Manager of Engineering after being a Senior Project Manager with Kipcon for over six years. \nMs. Wrubel has worked with multi-family communities\, commercial clients and developers to develop new projects\, improve existing facilities\, find innovative and cost-effective solutions to construction deficiencies\, provide litigation support and manage risk exposure.
