He specializes in inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. Mr. Stevens is able to identify construction deficiencies and then turns problems into solutions. He also understands the practical value of reserve studies and transitions\, and the importance of properly maintaining ownership assets. \nMr. Stevens is recognized by his peers as an industry expert in cost estimating and general construction knowledge\, and is a valuable asset to the Kipcon team.
