Frumkin\, PE\, RS recently cochaired CAI’s recent Public Policy Task Force dealing with Building Maintenance and Structural Integrity and is currently speaking at a number of national programs on the topic of Building Safety. \nHe previously Chaired the Task Force which developed the National Reserve Study Standards of the Community Association Institute (CAI) as well as the Task Force which developed the Best Practices paper on Transition.
