Seth Frumkin, RS
President
Seth Frumkin, President of Kipcon, is the eldest son of the company’s founder, Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS. Joining Kipcon in 2014 as a Project Manager, Seth has spent over a decade working on diverse projects for a wide range of clients, gaining valuable expertise and a unique perspective in the engineering field. A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Seth’s leadership and interpersonal skills have made a significant impact on Kipcon’s success and will continue to drive its future growth.
Melissa Wrubel, PE, RS
Director of Engineering
Melissa Wrubel is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the field of commercial and planned residential design and development. She has worked with commercial clients, developers and community associations to develop new projects, improve existing facilities, find cost-effective solutions to construction deficiencies, provide litigation support and manage risk exposure.
Karen Thomlinson
Director of Inspections
Karen Thomlinson has been working in the engineering industry with over 30 years of experience in building inspections and code compliance and plan review. Karen is competent in applying technical knowledge and follow proper inspection techniques to examine workmanship and materials, and detect deviations from plans, regulations, and standard construction practices.
Chelsea Brodmerkel, EBP
Marketing Director
Chelsea Brodmerkel’s career in the community association industry began at Kipcon in 2015 as Marketing Associate/Proposal Coordinator. Now as Marketing Director, Chelsea leads the firm’s marketing, communication, growth and social media strategies. In addition to developing various forms of creative content and design work, she also executes all event planning to enhance both company culture and the client experience.
Chelsea graduated from High Point University in High Point, NC with a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication. Along with a firm understanding of our clients and their needs, she also possesses a proven track record of success in business development and client relations.
Mark Yanchuk, PE, AIA, LEEP AP
Mark Yanchuk is both a Registered Architect and Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey with over 40 years of experience in the planning, design, procurement, and project execution of large and small capital construction programs. As Vice President of Engineering and Architecture, Mark has strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills which make him a key member of the Kipcon management team.
Brandon Femia, RS
Manager of Reserve Studies
Brandon Femia is adept at preparing Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Cost Estimates, Operating Manuals and physical and financial assessments for community associations. He is also qualified to conduct site inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. Brandon has been with Kipcon for over 15 years and is a valuable member of the Kipcon team.
Adam Lutz
Adam Lutz has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 20 years working closely with community associations and developers. He has successfully collaborated with community associations, developers, attorneys, and homeowners to identify and resolve construction defects and other building and site issues. Adam also has experience in the improvement of existing facilities, finding cost-effective solutions to construction deficiencies, providing litigation support, and managing construction risk exposure.
Luis Sanchez, RS
Senior Project Manager
Luis Sanchez has been working in the engineering industry for more than ten years. He started as a Project Manager at Kipcon in 2014 and worked his way up to his recent promotion of Senior Project Manager. Luis is involved with several design aspects including Cooling Tower structure additions and modification design, and the preparation of specifications for the remediation of roofs, siding, decks, and asphalt pavement. He has extensive experience in preparing Reserve Studies and cost estimates.
In addition, Luis is qualified to conduct site inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. He is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Engineer.
Joe Tible
Joe Tible has worked on Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, Structural Inspections, Façade Inspections, and has performed numerous drone inspections of communities, high rises, and parking garages. He has also performed structural specifications for façade repairs, parking garage remediation, and roof replacement. Joe started at Kipcon as a Project Manager and is now a Senior Project Manager. He maintains great relationships with our clients through his work ethic and attention to detail in every project.
