Buildings: What Are They?

This webinar explores the fundamental aspects of buildings, starting with the basic question, “What is a building?”
We will discuss the typical parts of a building, what materials are used to construct them and how they work. Learn how to perform a basic inspection of a building if you are not an engineer and the critical things you can look for. This webinar will focus on buildings up to 4 stories in height. We will also delve into life cycle costs and the role of maintenance in extending your buildings lifespan to maximize property values and minimize your reserve funding requirements.
