Brandon Femia is adept at preparing Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Cost Estimates, Operating Manuals and physical and financial assessments for community associations. He is also qualified to conduct site inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. Brandon has been with Kipcon Inc. for over 15 years and is a valuable member of the Kipcon team.
