About the Speaker

Joseph Tible, RS
Joe has extensive experience across a wide range of building assessment and engineering services, including Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, Structural Inspections, and Façade Inspections. As an FAA Part 107–certified drone pilot, he conducts frequent aerial inspections for communities, high-rise buildings, and parking garages, leveraging UAV technology to improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Joe also has hands-on expertise in developing structural specifications for façade repair projects, parking garage remediation, and roof replacement, ensuring that repair strategies are both effective and long-lasting.
