Kipcon’s founder Mitchell H. Frumkin, PE, RS recently cochaired CAI’s recent Public Policy Task Force dealing with Building Maintenance and Structural Integrity and is currently speaking at a number of national programs on the topic of Building Safety.
He previously Chaired the Task Force which developed the National Reserve Study Standards of the Community Association Institute (CAI) as well as the Task Force which developed the Best Practices paper on Transition.
Seth Frumkin, President of Kipcon, is the eldest son of the company’s founder, Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS. Joining Kipcon in 2014 as a Project Manager, Seth has spent over a decade working on diverse projects for a wide range of clients, gaining valuable expertise and a unique perspective in the engineering field.
A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Seth’s leadership and interpersonal skills have made a significant impact on Kipcon’s success and will continue to drive its future growth.
