In this webinar we will discuss how to go about selecting the right contractor, including outlining the involved parties, a detailed breakdown of the construction process and construction documents, and cost reduction techniques. We will also be discussing bidding, contractor evaluation, contract administration, and how to minimize risk throughout the process.

About the Speaker:

Ms. Wrubel has 30 years of experience in the field of commercial and planned residential design and development. Ms. Wrubel recently earned the position Manager of Engineering after being a Senior Project Manager with Kipcon for over six years.

Ms. Wrubel has worked with multi-family communities, commercial clients and developers to develop new projects, improve existing facilities, find innovative and cost-effective solutions to construction deficiencies, provide litigation support and manage risk exposure.
