In this webinar you will learn what a structural evaluation is and what it should include so that it provides the information needed to prioritize the various conditions. We will discuss the various levels of assessments including Baseline, Preliminary and Detailed Assessments. We will also include examples of these types of reports.
We will briefly cover the Structural Integrity legislation in New Jersey (S2760 / A4384) and how it impacts associations that are required to have these inspections completed.

Mark Yanchuk, PE, AIA, LEED AP

He is a Registered Architect, Licensed Professional Engineer, and Special Inspector in the State of New Jersey. In addition, he is a LEED Accredited Professional and previously served as the administrator for a major LEED Gold–certified project in New Jersey.

With 40 years of experience in the planning, design, and execution of both small- and large-scale capital construction projects, he combines technical precision with strategic vision to guide clients through every phase of the building process.
