John Stevens
Mr. Stevens has been working in the engineering industry for more than 35 years – 33 of those years have been with Kipcon Incorporated. He specializes in inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. Mr. Stevens is able to identify construction deficiencies and then turns problems into solutions. He also understands the practical value of reserve studies and transitions, and the importance of properly maintaining ownership assets.
