President

Seth has over 15 years of experience with Kipcon, the firm founded by his father, Mitch, more than four decades ago. Throughout his career, Seth has developed a deep understanding of the organization by working across project delivery, operations, and leadership. His hands-on experience and long-term commitment have shaped his approach to leading with both technical insight and strategic vision.

As President, he is focused on building upon a strong foundation—preserving Kipcon’s reputation as a trusted leader across the markets it serves. His leadership emphasizes growth, technical excellence, a strong company culture, and a forward-thinking approach to both operations and team development, all in support of delivering continued value to Kipcon’s clients and a positive, rewarding environment for its employees.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is a designated Reserve Specialist (RS).
