In this valuable, timely webinar, Kipcon President, Mitchell H. Frumkin, PE, RS, will discuss the relationship between Reserves and Maintenance and how the newly updated Reserve Study Standards and the Best Practices Report on Maintenance connect. Now is the right time to learn more about these two vital community association practices.
This webinar will cover the basics on Maintenance in your community, such as, what are the types of maintenance, what should be included in a Maintenance Plan, why it is needed and the benefits. We will also discuss the future of Reserve Studies including what the changes are and how they may affect you.
The conclusions reached will explain how the combination of these planning concepts will cost less, not more for communities, and how the CAI public policy recommendations are the basis for these initiatives.
