Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS

President, Founder

Mitchell H. Frumkin founded Kipcon, Inc. in 1986 and fosters its growth with constant innovation and education.

A Licensed Professional Engineer in eighteen states, Mr. Frumkin holds the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist designation.

A recognized industry expert, Mitch Frumkin is a frequent speaker, writer and committee member on the state and national levels for the CAI, NAHB, and many other professional organizations.

Seth Frumkin, RS

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Mr. Frumkin has been with Kipcon for several years. His specialties include energy efficient upgrades and design, energy deregulation, network marketing and direct selling.

He graduated with a B.S. in Engineering at Lehigh University.

Mark Yanchuk, PE, AIA, LEED AP

VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING & ARCHITECTURE
Mark is the Vice President of Engineering & Architecture with multiple licenses and certifications which include being a Registered Architect, Licensed Professional Engineer, and a Special Inspector in the State of New Jersey. Mark is also a LEED Accredited Professional and was the administrator for a major LEED GOLD project in New Jersey. Mark joined Kipcon in 2010 and has become an integral part of the leadership team with over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, and implementation of small and large capital construction projects.

Melissa J. Wrubel, PE, RS

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Ms. Wrubel is a licensed Professional Engineer and Reserve Specialist with over 35 years of experience in the field of commercial and planned residential design. Ms. Wrubel joined Kipcon in 2010 and works with multi-family communities, commercial clients, and developers to plan, design and implement new projects and improvements to existing facilities. Ms. Wrubel also provides litigation support and manages risk exposure.

Mary Groeling, AIPB

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Ms. Groeling is the Accounting Manager at Kipcon. She has been with the firm for ten years

Brandon Femia, RS

MANAGER, RESERVE STUDIES
Brandon is adept at preparing reserve studies, transition studies, deferred maintenance schedules, cost estimates, operating manuals and physical and financial assessments for community associations. Brandon is also qualified to conduct site inspections for both new construction and existing buildings. Brandon has been with Kipcon Incorporated for more than 10 years and is a valuable member of the Kipcon team.

Karen Thomlinson

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Karen has 20 years of industry experience in single and multi-family inspections, zoning and code compliance and project management. She is responsible for construction oversight and Administration on multiple projects consisting of remedial construction, replacement of building elements to include roof systems, balcony/deck construction and building envelope components; brick, stucco, flashings, siding and window/door replacements. Having to drive all over the state, Karen has become an expert at avoiding highway traffic, rear end collisions, and has mastered the skill of eating lunch while driving.

Luis Sanchez

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Sanchez is a Project Manager at Kipcon. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

He was recently promoted to Project Manager and has become an adept engineer and a valuable member of Kipcon.

Joseph Tible

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Joe Tible has his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and passed the Fundamentals of Engineering test. He acquired a Part 107 FAA Drone Pilot license which enables him to take commercial-use aerial photos with his drone.

Joe regularly uses a drone for business and personal work. When he isn’t designing specs or preparing reserve studies, Joe enjoys performing in musicals and playing music at home on his piano or ukulele.

Chelsea Brodmerkel, EBP

Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, Chelsea leads Kipcon’s marketing, communication, growth, and social media strategies. In addition to developing proposals for new business and various forms of creative content, she also executes internal and external event planning to enhance company culture and the client experience.

Chelsea’s career in this industry began at Kipcon in 2015 as Marketing Associate and Proposal Coordinator. In the past 8+ years, she has worked in both marketing and business development positions at several other large companies within this industry, including the NJ Chapter of Community Associations Institute. Through her experience, Chelsea has gained a great deal of understanding on both the management and vendor side of this business and as such, recognizes and heeds our client’s needs.
